I developed my culinary passion further in Silesia as a deputy chef in one of the popular restaurants in Katowice, where I combined diversity with simplicity of form and unconventional composition of flavors. I settled down in Katowice – I was deputy chef in an Italian restaurant, which developed my concept of Mediterranean cuisine, simple but based on delicious products and the joy that is hidden in the sun of ripening vegetables. This is how I arrived at the restaurant in Pszczyna – first as sous chef, then as chef, where I combined the cuisine filled with passion and fascination – it was a breakthrough moment for me.
